Welcome to Learning Paths Academy at Leavells. My name is Mika Hunt and I am the Center Director here at LPA Leavells. I have over 20 years of experience in the childcare field. I began my career as a preschool teacher and have had many roles within my 20+ years in the field. Twelve years of that experience I have spent working in on a military installation and have also had the honor to be a part of launching a new school within my church. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Psychology and I am always looking to learn, grow and gain new skills from everyone I work with. I am originally from Louisiana and have been in the DMV area for 21 years. I am married and have three wonderful children ages 21,10, and 4. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy traveling, home decorating, and crafting.
It is my distinct honor to have the opportunity to serve you and your child.
