My name is Charlotte Nicely, and I would like to introduce myself as your Director. I have worked for LLE Group since 2001. I have been the Director of the Rippon location for ten years. I am originally from Woodbridge; Virginia and I have two daughters. We enjoy family trips, camping and going to the beach.
I attended Northern Virginia Community College and received my One Year Certificate in early childhood education. I have 24 years of experience working with children. I have worked as a preschool teacher, school age teacher, an Assistant Director, and now as a Director.
The innocence of a child is so honest and sincere. What better career choice than to be part of loving and shaping the minds of our future. I love when the children tell me how their day is going. I enjoy getting hugs and reading books with the children. It’s simple; children are our future. We are here to provide guidance and love them in a safe, trusting environment.
